FYI - Matcha Coconut is a caffeinated blend, with ~65mg of caffeine per cup. Reishi Hot Cacao has a *little* bit of caffeine from the cacao powder, but only the equivalent of eating a square or two of chocolate. Black tea extract in our Vanilla Chai is lightly caffeinated. Each serving of Vanilla Chai contains 26.8 mg of caffeine compared to coffee at 90 - 100mg per cup.

Our Turmeric, Beetroot and Matcha Coconut latte blends are sugar free. The rest of our latte blends are refined sugar free, and contain 2g of natural sugar or less per serving.
