Are the Cloud Mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?
They are microwave safe, but you’ll want to be sure to only wash by hand.
Why is a hole in the mug’s handle?
These mugs are made from a double-walled ceramic to keep your latte nice ‘n warm. Because of this, steam can collect between the two layers and the hole provides much needed ventilation.
What is the return policy?
All accessories are final sale, so we unfortunately can’t accept returns of the Cloud Mug!
