Turmeric contains something called curcumin, which has been shown to reduce inflammation and swelling.

How much curcumin is there per serving?

There is approximately 800mg of curcumin per 1 tsp serving.

Does this blend have a strong black pepper taste?

The black pepper powder in this blend is subtle, but so necessary! Black pepper is what helps us to best absorb the benefits of curcumin.

Wasn’t Sure at First

Be prepared for the frightening bright colour of this latte. I wasn’t too sure about it at first but it is one of my favourite beverages now. It is a lovely turmeric latte and other than some sediment at the bottom that doesn’t dissolve, it is very tasty and I find helps a bit with pain relief/inflammation.

Not my fave

The Tumeric blend tastes quite good, tho it is not something i could drink daily like i do the Matcha Coconut. I didn’t find it blended as well as some of the other blends and could be a bit gritty. It’s not my fave, but others are and i drink them on a daily basis. I’m so happy to have discovered Blume!

Tasty tumeric

This blend is my absolute favourite. Great as a latte, but I often use just a little milk. It’s excellent after a curry dinner! I’m so sad to read the negative reviews of this blend…a little goes a long way! Most of the other blends are too flowery/sweet (even without additional sweetener) so it is nice to have this more savoury sophisticated blend; and it saves me from having to make my golden milk from scratch!

I really like this blend. I prefer to use mostly hot water and then froth some cream blend or together. It’s delicious
