What you need:
1 cup oats
1 tsp Blume Turmeric Blend
1 cup non-dairy milk
2 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 apple (cored and sliced into chunks) 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
What to do:
1. Preheat the oven to 400F.
