Baked Turmeric Oatmeal

Makes: 4 servings

What you need:

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 tsp Blume Turmeric Blend
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 apple (cored and sliced into chunks)
  • 1 tbsp chopped walnuts

What to do:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F.
  2. In an oven-safe bowl or ramekin, stir together all ingredients until smooth.
  3. Place bowl or ramekin on a cookie sheet (in case of overflowing) and bake for 20 mins until the top is golden.
