Mix 1 tsp with a splash of boiling water to dissolve into a liquid mixture.

2 Sweeten

I love this blend. The taste of cinnamon, ginger root and cardamom can be strong, but I am a “heaping teaspoon” kind-of-girl! I love it this way. I put a third of my large cup with hot water, mix my Turmeric blend with a bit of honey, and top off my cup with almond milk. DELICIOUS, if you put a level spoon of the blend, it’s also perfect.
