Blue Lavender Chia Pudding

Prep time , refrigerate for 8+ hours, 1 serving.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Blume Blue Lavender Blend
  • 1/4 cup Blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp Grated Coconut

How to make:

  1. In a large jar, combine the non-dairy milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, Blue Lavender blend, half the blueberries and shake to combine.
  2. Place in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 8 hours to fully thicken.
  3. Top with the remaining blueberries and grated coconut and enjoy!
