Who can enter?

This contest is open to all Blume customers, fans, and followers in Canada & USA! You’ll just need an Instagram or TikTok account to participate.

Can I enter more than once?

Yes! We’ll be looking at all content submitted during the contest window. Each unique piece of content counts as one entry, so as long as you’re sharing something different every post will count as a submission.

What if my Instagram/TikTok account is private?

If your account is private, we won’t be able to see what you’ve shared, even if you tag us and use the #BlumeHomeCafe hashtag. Please ensure you have a public account before you post your entry!

Do I need to have a Blume product to enter?

Our judging criteria (scroll up to find it!) includes Blume integration in your content as one of the things we’ll be considering as we pick our winners, so we recommend showcasing Blume as you create your Home Cafe! That said, it’s not a requirement to enter the contest.

How will I know you’ve received my entry?

As long as you tag us, use the contest hashtag #BlumeHomeCafe, and have a public account, your content will be automatically added to our submissions! We’ll also be popping in to leave comments on entries throughout the contest period 🤎

When will winners be announced?

We’ll review all submissions in early November, with winners announced the week of November 10th. 

How will I know if I’ve won?

We’ll connect with our winners via DMs on the platform they posted to!

These are frequently asked questions?

Every day! Science shows that probiotics should be taken daily. Probiotics are transient, meaning they enter our gut, influence the bacteria balance, and are excreted. Taking them every single day is the best way to get the happiest gut 🙂

We recommend maintaining a two-hour window between taking antibiotics and drinking SuperBelly, and vice versa. Antibiotics can kill probiotics, so leaving a couple of hours in between can help ensure you’re getting all of SuperBelly’s benefits!
