Ingredients

  • 3x ripe, frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened nut milk of choice (We like almond best) Add more to reach desired consistency *sweetened nut milk optional
  • 1 tsp Blume Blue Lavender Blend
  • Coconut flakes for dusting *optional

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a high powered blender or food processor.
  2. That's it! We told you it was easy.
  3. Sprinkle with coconut flakes if desired, and enjoy!
