Spicy Turmeric Hummus
Prep time , serves 6.
- 1 can of drained chickpeas
- Juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp Chili Turmeric or Turmeric Blend if you want it sans chili
- S+P to taste
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil
- Pinch of chili flakes
- Blend all together adding more oil or water for preferred texture.
- Top with a drizzle of OO and chili flakes.
