What you need:
- 1/2 cup of pumpkin puree
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup of nut mylk (we like coconut and almond!)
- 1 teaspoon of nut butter
- 1 teaspoon of Blume Turmeric Blend
- Ice as desired
What to do:
