Pineapple Matcha Smoothie
Prep time . Serves 1.
What you need:
- 1 banana
- 1 C Pineapple (I used frozen pineapple!)
- 1 C Spinach
- 1 teaspoon Blume Matcha Coconut Blend
- 1/2 C Non-Dairy Milk (I used almond milk!)
- A handful of Ice Cubes
- Combine all in a blender and blend!
- Drink as it is or top it with your favourite toppings (granola, chia seeds, hemp hearts, etc.)!
