Antioxidants help counteract the damaging effects of free radicals which are naturally produced in the body. Antioxidants are often associated with disease prevention and lowering risk of infection. Our Matcha Coconut Blend has a touch of coconut and moringa that make’s this recipe super creamy and nutritionally packed.
Let’s just say that in a battle between moringa and kale, we are doubling down on moringa. Moringa has 2 times the protein, 4 times the calcium, 6 times the iron and will kick kale’s lower fibered ass. Trust us, you want moringa in your smoothie.
Try this recipe out in the morning instead of your regular coffee for a gentle caffeine buzz that doesn’t leave you crashing right before your 11 o’clock.
What you need:
1/2 cup of your fave non-dairy milk, we like coconut
1/2 cup frozen pineapple or mango
1 big handful of spinach
2 tsps of Blume Matcha Coconut Blend
What to do:
Blend all together adding more water or mylk to adjust consistency. Sprinkle with dried coconut and fresh fruit, slurp it back and go take on the day.
