What you need:
Matcha Chia Pudding:
- 1 1/4 cup non dairy milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp Blume Matcha Coconut Blend
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 5 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup coconut yogurt
- 1 tsp Blume Beetroot Blend
Fresh fruit of choice
What to do:
1) In a jar or container, place all chia pudding ingredients and shake to combine. Place in the fridge and allow to thicken overnight or for minimum 4 hours.
2) Before serving, mix the coconut yogurt and beetroot blend until smooth. Pour the pudding into glasses and layer with the creme and fruit, or take it to go and feel that superfood magic do its thing!
