What you'll need:
4 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp Blue Lavender Blend
How to make:
In a large jar, combine the non-dairy milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, Blue Lavender blend, half the blueberries and shake to combine. Place in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 8 hours to fully thicken. Top with the remaining blueberries and grated coconut and enjoy!
