By submitting video content (“Submission”) through this landing page, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of Canada and the United States
• Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of submission
  If the Submission includes any individual under 18, the submitter confirms they are the parent or legal guardian and consent on their behalf

2. Submission Requirements

• You are the creator and sole rights holder of the Submission, or you have obtained all necessary permissions and releases
• All individuals appearing in the Submission have consented to its use
• The Submission does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights
• The Submission does not contain unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate content

3. Grant of Rights

You grant Blume Supply Inc. a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully transferable, and sublicensable license to:

• Use, reproduce, edit, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, and create derivative works from the Submission
• Use the Submission for marketing, advertising, promotional, and commercial purposes, including but not limited to:
  
• Digital and paid advertising
• Social media
• Websites and landing pages
• Email marketing
• Any other media now known or later developed

This license applies for use in Canada, the United States, and globally, with no obligation to credit the submitter.

4. Use of Name, Likeness, and Voice

You grant Blume Supply Inc. permission to use your:

• Name (first name and/or username)
• Image, likeness, appearance
• Voice and any biographical information you voluntarily provide

…in connection with the Submission for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes, without compensation, unless otherwise required by law.

5. No Compensation

Submissions are voluntary and unpaid. By submitting content, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You will not receive payment, royalties, or other compensation
• Use of the Submission is not contingent on attribution or credit 

6. Waiver and Release

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Use of the Submission in accordance with these Terms
• Any modification, editing, or adaptation of the Submission
  Any claim of infringement, misappropriation, or violation of rights related to the Submission

7. Moral Rights 

To the extent permitted under applicable Canadian law, you waive any moral rights you may have in the Submission in favor of Blume Supply Inc. including the right to the integrity of the work and the right to be associated with it.

8. Content Review and Removal

Blume Supply Inc. reserves the right, but has no obligation, to:

• Review, edit, reject, or remove any Submission at its sole discretion
• Decide whether and how a Submission is used
• Remove a Submission from marketing materials at any time

9. Privacy

Any personal information collected through this landing page will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy linked here.

10. Agreement to Terms

By submitting content through this landing page, you confirm that:
