The blue hue you see with this blend comes from the blue spirulina! Blue spirulina (Phycocyanin) is a natural blue pigment derived from blue-green algae and is full of antioxidants. To get the most vivid colour when preparing your lattes, you’ll want to use hot, but not boiling water! Adding your milk slowly will also help.

I was not sure what to expect but I was not disappointed. I made this latte using oat milk and it is so decadent with a hint of floral notes. Almost feels like dessert in a mug with benefits!
