There’s always room for improvement in your snack game, especially when an opportunity to add some fall flavours into the mix pops up.
For this recipe, we’ve partnered with Rawcology to combine the best of both worlds—their Apple Cinnamon Oat Clusters with Probiotics and our Pumpkin Spice blend for the ultimate nourishing treat. Whipping up this recipe the in the evening will have your future self thanking you the next day.

Ingredients
Pumpkin Chia Pudding
- 1 cup cashew milk
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1/2 tsp Blume Pumpkin Spice blend
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Vanilla Chia Pudding
- 1 cup cashew milk
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Overnight Oats
- 1/2 cup oats
- 3/4 cup cashew milk
- 1/2 tsp Blume Pumpkin Spice blend
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp maple syrup
Toppings
- 1 apple cubed
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 handfuls Rawcology Apple Cinnamon Oat Clusters with Probiotics
- Cinnamon sticks (optional)
Instructions
- Add all the pumpkin chia pudding ingredients into a jar, seal tightly with a lid, and shake until well combined. Once it's well mixed, place it in the fridge and leave overnight.
- Add all the vanilla chia pudding ingredients into a second jar, seal tightly with a lid, and shake until well combined. Once it's mixed, place it in the fridge and leave overnight.
- Add all the overnight oat ingredients into a jar, seal tightly with a lid, and shake until well combined. Once it's mixed, place in the fridge and leave overnight.
- The next day, add cubed apple pieces into a small bowl, add the cinnamon and stir to coat. Layer the pumpkin chia, vanilla chia, and overnight oats. Top with cubed spiced apples and Rawcology Apple Cinnamon Oat Clusters. Enjoy immediately!
