Recipe:
For Ginger Syrup:
- 1 cup of water
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 4oz fresh ginger
For Margarita Drink:
- 1oz fresh lemon juice
- 1oz tequila (optional - can be made without and become a non-alcoholic mocktail)
- 2oz SuperBelly Lemon Ginger (half a sachet)
- 2oz ginger syrup
- ice
- ginger for garnish
- stevia and lemon zest for rim

Combine water, maple syrup, and ginger into sauce pan until it boils. Once it boils, remove from heat and let it steep for 30 min. Let cool.

Add all margarita drink ingredients into a cocktail shaker, add ice, and shake until it’s cold and well combined. Pour into glass and garnish with lemon and ginger.
