Bring the heat. Now we're talking turmeric. If you're looking for that extra hit of heat, then this is the blend for you. Soothe your body and mind with the healing powers of turmeric and then shake things up with a kick of chili.

Ingredients: Organic turmeric, organic cinnamon, organic ginger, organic cardamom, organic cayenne pepper and organic black pepper.

Mix one flat tsp of Blume with a splash of hot water. Heat 1.5 cups of mylk. Add Blume and water mixture to mylk and serve with a little maple syrup or honey. Can be served cold as well!

Awesome flavor! My favorite drink with these spices is steamed oat milk with a splash of agave nectar. I have also added the spices to my Chai latte. Delicious!
Just got this one recently and have been hooked! Honestly I used this in the mornings if I feel a little off and need a little kick, especially if I have a sore throat. A drop of honey and this sets me up for the day. Love!
Personally my favourite of all the blends! It is so well balanced, and not too spicy. I love this in a tonic with hot water and lemon. I saw that they are serving it at a cafe (Elysian) near me!! Can't wait to try this there too.
