The sweepstakes is eligible for Canadian residents of legal age in their jurisdiction at the time of entry.
The first 1000 participants to sign up for the free superbelly kit will be contacted upon shipment with details.
The sweepstakes begins July 17th, 2024 and ends on August 26th at midnight PST. All entries must be received by August 26th at midnight PST.
Limit one free Test the Waters sample kit per person or mailing address. No purchase necessary.
Entry into the sweepstakes can be done by posting Superbelly video and tagging @itsblume and using the hashtag (see above instructions)
One video or post equals one entry (each individual gets up to 10 entries or 10 posts)
Five recipients can enter to win 1x $50 Blume gift card (retail value is $50 CAD)
No cash or other prize substitution permitted
Prizes are non-transferable or refundable
The winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about August 26th from all eligible entries received.
The winner(s) will be notified by email within 7 days following the drawing date.
If a potential winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, another winner will be selected.
Blume reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the sweepstakes in the event that it becomes necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
By participating, entrants agree to these official rules and the decisions of Blume, which are final and binding in all matters related to the sweepstakes.
Blume owns the rights to all content tagging @itsblume and using the #TestTheWaters and can use any or all content in whole or edited in pieces across its promotional channels (paid and non-paid)
Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Blume website. Personal information collected will be used for the purposes of administering the sweepstakes and contacting potential winners.
By entering, participants release and hold harmless Blume, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the sweepstakes or any prize won.
