How do I prepare single serves?

To prepare the perfect Blume latte, mix one sachet with a splash of hot water. For a hot latte, top with steamed milk of your choice. For an iced latte, top with ice and cold milk. Sweeten to taste!

What makes them different from your regular blends?

Our Single Serve sachets are the same Blume blends that you know and love, in a convenient serving sized sachet! They’re perfect for on-the-go, sharing with friends and family, and for discovering a new favourite flavour.

Do they have caffeine?

Salted Caramel is completely caffeine free, and Reishi Hot Cacao has a small amount of caffeine from the cacao and cocoa powder (5mg or less per cup). Matcha Coconut has about ⅓ the amount of caffeine as a cup of coffee—naturally occurring L-theanine helps the caffeine to absorb more slowly so you aren’t left with the jitters or crash that can sometimes come from coffee.
