Cacao Turmeric

Supporting the production of anandamide, AKA "The Bliss Molecule", we’ve balanced Cacao with the magic of Turmeric and boosted it with Ashwagandha. A common adaptogen used for centuries in Ayurvedic traditions, Ashwagandha is known for its stress soothing superpowers.

Beetroot

Do these blends contain caffeine?

Blue Lavender and Beetroot are completely caffeine-free. Reishi Hot Cacao and Cacao Turmeric both contain very small amounts of caffeine (less than 3mg per cup), which comes from the cacao and cocoa powder used! This amount of caffeine would be comparable to eating a square or two of chocolate.

Do these blends contain any sugar?

Cacao Turmeric is completely sugar free, while Blue Lavender, Reishi Hot Cacao, and Beetroot blend all contain 1g of natural sugars per serving.

How much ashwagandha is there in Cacao Turmeric?

This blend contains 50mg of ashwagandha per serving.

Great selection of Blumes. I have a different one 1-2 times per day with frothed milk. Delicious and relaxing. I bought extras to gift in Christmas stockings this year. Spread the Blume!
