Can I mix the Glow Up with sparkling water?
We do not recommend mixing the Glow Up with sparking water. Due to the high Vitamin C content in this elixir, anything fizzy will create too much foam.
What is the difference between an elixir and a blend?
This botanical elixir has been designed to elevate your daily water rituals, which sets it apart from our traditional latte blends. That said, here at Blume we love versatility and it also makes a delicious hot or iced latte!
Does this elixir contain any artificial colouring or dyes?
No! The beautiful purple colour of this elixir comes from the natural colour of butterfly pea flower, blackcurrant, and hibiscus.
How do you prepare this elixir?
To prepare with just water, you’ll want to dissolve 1-2 teaspoons of the powder with a splash of boiling water. Top with cold water and pour over ice, shake or stir and enjoy!
For a traditional Blume latte, add 1-2 teaspoons to a splash of boiling water, top with hot or cold milk and sweeten to taste.
Does this elixir contain any sugar?
The Glow Up contains 1 gram of natural sugar per serving, which comes from the blackcurrant powder and maqui berry powder.
Does this elixir have any caffeine?
The Glow Up is completely caffeine free.

Tastes great, very easy to mix and refreshing! I was able to easily dissolve it in a little hot water and filled a mason jar with ice and water and sipped away. I don’t sweeten my drinks and I found the taste to be great. I also made another variety with 1 tsp each of the London Fog blend and the Glow Up and that also tasted fabulous!
slightly disappointed to see Maltodextrin in here and in most blends... its used as a thickener or filler to increase the volume of a processed food and can cause gastrointestinal symptoms.... id feel much better about it not being in the drinks

Maltodextrin isn't something we've added on our end, but rather it's a sub-ingredient of the fruit powders used to prevent caking and clumping. We weren't able to source organic powders that didn't contain maltodextrin this time around, but it's definitely something we'll continue to look into for future reformulations.
