How Many Lattes Are in Each Bag?

Every bag in this gift set makes 10 servings! One teaspoon of Blume goes a long way.

Do these blends contain caffeine?

The decaffeination process does not remove 100% of the caffeine content in the black tea, so Rose London Fog and Oat Milk Chai will have very trace amounts. The Reighi Hot Cacao also contains trace amounts of caffeine that are naturally occuring in cacao. Each cup will be left with fewer than 5mg of caffeine. For comparison, a cup of coffee ranges from 80-150mg caffeine!

I love this stuff!! Lavender is a perfect calming blend for night and Chai has the spice right! I use vanilla syrup for sweetener but it's not needed. Some people don't like the bit of gritty stuff at the bottom of the cup but it's not that bad especially if you use a frother to mix it in.

My Favorite Latte!

I am new to the Blume blends and have not tried them all yet; but this is definitely my favorite so far! It is rich, creamy and oh so chocolatey! It is a cup of yumminess!
