Ingredients: Organic cacao, organic turmeric, organic cinnamon, organic ginger, organic nutmeg, organic black pepper and organic ashwagandha.

Mix one flat tsp of Blume with a splash of hot water. Heat 1.5 cups of mylk. Add Blume and water mixture to mylk and serve with a little maple syrup or honey. Can be served cold as well!
Also great in smoothies and oatmeal bowls.
I’m in love with this mix! Finally there’s something that soothes inflammation that I actually look forward to drinking. I’ve used this powder in hot and cold mixes, even thinking about adding it to energy bites :).
