How many lattes are in the mini packs?
Each mini contains 45g of the blend, which is equal to 10 lattes of each flavour! Our full sized packs are 30 servings each.
Do these products contain caffeine?
Our Matcha Coconut blend contains 65mg of caffeine per serving, which is about 1/2 the amount of a cup of coffee!
Oat Milk Chai and Rose London Fog are decaf, containing less than 3 mg per serving (Less than the amount in a chocolate bar). And our Blue Lavender and Reishi Hot Chocolate are caffeine-free.
Do these products contain any sugar?
Rose London Fog, Oat Milk Chai and Matcha Coconut are completely sugar-free, and Reishi Hot Cacao and Blue Lavender each contain 1g of natural coconut sugar per serving.
How much reishi is there per serving of Reishi Hot Cacao?

What makes the Blue Lavender Blend blue?
The dreamy blue hue you see with this blend comes from the blue spirulina! Blue spirulina's (Phycocyanin) natural blue pigment is derived from blue-green algae and is full of antioxidants. To get the most vivid colour when preparing your lattes, you’ll want to use hot, but not boiling water! Adding your milk slowly will also help.
