With the bright pop of flavour from the mango and the warmth from the turmeric spice blend, this bowl is bursting with all you need to feel the light! So go on, get your glow on!

Serves 1-2

What you need:

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup frozen mangos
  • 1 tsp Blume Turmeric Blend
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/4 cups non dairy milk
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • Toppings of your choice (optional)

What to do

1) Place all ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor and blend until smooth and fluffy.

2) Scoop into a bowl, top as you please, and enjoy!
