Our Cacao Turmeric blend packs a chocolatey punch with its soothing sidekick ashwagandha. Tackle inflammation, enjoy a blissful state of mind and kiss stress and anxiety goodbye. With a touch of sweetness from the pumpkin, you'll be in fall heaven.

DYK: Pumpkin has 7g of fibre per cup and is full of zinc and iron.

What you need:

1-2 tsp Cacao Turmeric blend
2/3 cup of pumpkin puree
1/3 cup coconut yogurt
1/2 cup non-dairy milk
1 cup ice
1 frozen banana
1 Tbsp almond butter (optional, but not really)
1 Tbsp maple syrup or 1-2 dates
Splash of vanilla

What to do:

1. Toss all these tasty ingredients into a high power blender and blend until smooth. 

2. Pour into your favourite glass, top with cacao nibs (optional) and enjoy!
